Reserve Listing
Our reserve listing is intended to provide our friends with a selection of exquisite wines designed to show off the best that each varietal has to offer. They are priced by the bottle.

Sauvignon Blanc - It can be crisp and refreshing, matches well with foods. The wine drinks best in its youth, but sometimes will benefit from short-term cellaring. As a late-harvest wine, it's often fantastic, capable of yielding amazingly complex and richly flavored wines.
Ferrari 'Carano Fume Blanc 2007
Clos Pegase Misukos Vineyard
Frogs Leap, Rutherford 2006
Ladera Reserve 2007

Chardonnay - As Cabernet Sauvignon is the king of reds, so is Chardonnay the king of white wines, for it makes consistently excellent, rich and complex whites. Chardonnay offers bold, ripe, rich and intense fruit flavors of apple, fig, melon, pear, peach, pineapple, lemon and grapefruit.
Heitz
Clos Pegase Misukos Vineyard
Miner Napa Valley
Kistler Sonoma County

Pinot Noir - The great grape of Burgundy is incredibly delicate. The best examples offer the classic black cherry, spice, raspberry and currant flavors, and an aroma that can resemble wilted roses, along with earth, tar, and herb and cola notes.
Artesa Carneros Pinot Noir
Rex Hill, Williamette Valley 2005
Williams 'Seleyem, Sonoma County 2005

Merlot - Was the red-wine success of the 1990s but has fallen off as of late (thanks 'Sideways'): Two major styles exist One is a Cabernet-style Merlot, which includes a high percentage (up to 25 percent) of Cabernet, similar currant and cherry flavors and firm tannins. A second style is less reliant on Cabernet, softer, more supple, medium-weight, less tannic and features more herbs, cherry and chocolate flavors.
Havens
Swanson
NorthStar
Frogs Leap
Twomey

Zinfandel - The origins of this tremendously versatile and popular grape are not known for certain, although it is thought to have come from Southern Italy as a cousin of Primitivo. It has been made into a full-bodied, ultraripe, intensely flavored and firmly tannic wine designed to age. For the money, it is hard to find better crafted wines year in and year out.
Elyse Korte Ranch, Napa Valley 2005
Frogs Leap, Rutherford 2006
Four Vines 'Biker' Zin
Orin Swift 'The Prisoner'

Cabernet Sauvignon - The undisputed king of red wines. At its best, Cabernet produces wines of great intensity and depth of flavor. Where to begin, there are so many great cabs! We have selected many bottles that we have found to be consistent from vintage to vintage, have unique characteristics and exemplify the best of this varietal. If you're having trouble deciding, talk to Ben about cabernet, much like the wine he is big, bold, and ages wonderfully!
Mitolo Jester McLaren Vale 2006
Barboursville Cabernet Franc 2006(Virginia Wine)
Franciscan Estate, Napa Valley 2005
Artesa, Napa Valley 2004
Whitehall Lane Napa Valley 2005
Turn Bull, Napa Valley 2006
Heitz, Napa Valley 2004
Silver Oak, Alexander Valley
Miner, Oakville 2005

Dominus, Napa Valley 2005
