Chef Craig is a native of Matoaca, Virginia. He is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Norfolk, Virginia. Craig then traveled to New Orleans and worked as a chef at Brennan's Restaurant. He also cooked in restaurants in Richmond and the Outer Banks. We are very pleased he found a home at Waters Edge Grille. He brings us his exceptional talent and his love for Southern Fare.
